You don't want to overshare something that doens't make sense to your business and you find yourself not knowing which stories actually matter. I am going to show you how I extract stories from everything that happens during the week and how I ensure that they are personal and connected to my business.

1. 2. At the end of every week, I sit down and break my week into 4 areas. Each one gives me stories that serve my positioning so I don't rant about unnecessary things. 3. 4.

The Planner (Although my case this looks more like google calendar and google keep) What happened this week? Any appointments. Events. Coffee chats with friends. Anything can be a story. But there needs to be an anchor that connects to what you do or sell.

Client Ecosystem Clients you are working with. People in your community. Problems you are actively solving for someone else. This shows real life application of how you work and it helps your audience picture what is like to work with you.

3. Internal Processes Not behind-the-scenes. The struggles, learning moments, processes you are implementing in your own business. This doesn't question your ability to lead but shows you are someone who knows how to navigate challenges and adapt to change.

4. Audience Interactions Check your comments. The DMs you receive. Questions you ask in stories. Things they're actively trying to overcome. This shows how you apply your expertise in real people. Real scenarios.

Most people think the story is the thing that happened. But the story isn't what happened. It's the angle you tell it from. The same moment can be told 100 different ways. And **only one** of those ways will make you the obvious choice for your clients. That angle is your voice. Own that and you'll finally start building positioning, instead of "just creating content."
